Meet TIM KELLY
Tim Kelly is a constitutional attorney, lifelong educator, and tenant rights lawyer fighting for the people of California’s 1st District. Raised without privilege, he earned scholarships to George Washington University Law School, Oxford University, and Berkeley Law School through hard work and determination. His career has focused on defending the liberties of ordinary people, from the basic right to decent housing to the protection of constitutional freedoms like the Right to Organize and the Second Amendment. An avid climber, family man, and teacher at heart, Tim believes real change comes from the power of the people.
TIM KELLY is not a politician. He was born and raised in modest circumstances in rural Sonoma County, a stones' throw from Fort Ross where he serves as the current President of the Conservancy. Through his work as a teacher, vice principal and attorney he has earned a reputation as a powerful advocate for the people of the district.

For too long politicians, corporations, and the wealthy operate above the law. They buy “justice” – a slap on the wrist for crimes that would put the rest of us behind bars. If the absurd lie “corporations are people” were true, prisons would be full of them. This only ends when these "elites" face real consequences for betraying the public trust — when they fear the people.

The world's greatest democracy depends on informed citizens. The internet's promise was knowledge and connection — now it's the most powerful tool for mass manipulation in history.
